  • Contact Data: Email address and phone number. Performance of Contract: Needed to send you confirmation details, coordinates, access codes, and receipt summaries.
  • Transaction Data: Payment confirmation, date of stay, nights, and amount paid. Payments are securely processed directly by our third-party provider, Stripe. We do not store or see your credit card details.
  • Technical Data: Cookie and session details required to operate our search calendars and Stripe payment checkouts.

3. How We Share Your Data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is only shared with:

  • Public Authorities: Guest details are securely transmitted to the Italian State Police (Questura) via the official Alloggiati Web portal, and to the Municipality of Venice for tourist tax (*Imposta di Soggiorno*) declarations.

4. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Under Italian police regulations, physical paper copies of guest logs are not stored, and secure details are erased after official submission.
